Energy Balls
Instructions
1 1/2 cups of steal cut oats
2 tablespoons of any nut butter
2 tablespoons of honey or agave
1/2 cup crushed up walnuts
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
mix everything in a bowl together make sure all ingredients are thoroughly coated Roll into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour

Protein Waffle
Instructions
1 1/2 scoop of any flavor protein powder
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons of almond flour
1/2 cup of regular milk or plant milk
(Depending on the protein powder you will need more/less liquid.)
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Mix everything in a bowl or blender together pour the mix into the waffle maker and once the waffle is ready ENJOY!!

Protein Peanut Butter Smoothie
Instructions

130 grams of mixed frozen berries
​
8 ounces of almond milk
​
40 grams of your choice of peanut butter
​
1 scoop of protein powder
​
​
​
Blend all your ingredients together pour into your cup and enjoy!!!
